How do I choose the right frame size for my art?
We recommend measuring your artwork precisely. Our size options refer to the internal dimensions of the frame; if you have an 8x10 print, you should select an 8x10 frame. If you are using a mat, ensure the mat opening is slightly smaller than your print to hold it in place.
What materials are used in your frames?
At Frame World, we use high-quality solid wood, premium MDF, and lightweight aluminum. All our frames come with either high-definition tempered glass or shatter-resistant acrylic, depending on the size and style chosen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer custom framing services?
Yes, we offer custom sizing for most of our wood and metal collections. Please visit our 'Custom Frame' page to input your specific dimensions and select your desired finish.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Can I hang my frame both horizontally and vertically?
Most of our frames come equipped with multi-directional hanging hardware pre-installed on the backing, allowing you to display your art in either portrait or landscape orientation.
